Shipping policy

IceCoast_CO warehouse are located in Australia. Orders shipped within Australia are delivered via Australia Post’s service.

 

DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of payment being processed. 

During peak periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s day and any other promotional period, it may take us up to 72 hours to dispatch your order.

In the unlikely event of further delays, for instance if a piece is out of stock, we will notify you by email.

 

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking email with your AusPost tracking information once your order has been processed. Shipping will typically take up to 7-14 business days to arrive, as said you will receive a tracking email once ur order has been processed.

 

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partner, Australia Post will require a signature on delivery, unless otherwise specified with Australia Post.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of placing your order so that we can do our best to assist.
